Linda Taylor, LMT

Linda came into the field of massage from being a patient in terrible pain from a car accident WITH A DEER.  She attended Georgia Medical Institute (now Everest Institute), where she received her certificate in Massage Therapy.  She has been in the field of massage for over 12 years.  She also worked as an Aerobics Instructor for years prior to her becoming a Massage Therapist.  She is a firm believer in the body being designed to heal itself through the mind/body connection.  Her massage styles include the basics of massage, (Swedish), neuromuscular, deep tissue and deep pressure, Trigger Point, Reflexology and manual therapy.  She works in tandem with Dr. Brumbaugh to bring forth a reduction in pain, reduce stress and relaxation.  She has been called “Magic Fingers” by many of her clients who feel a sense of relaxation after a session.  Her unique interpretation of how the body responds to a person’s touch is how she is able to offer harmony, balance and an education in how to appreciate a person’s own body mechanics.

She has 3 grown young adults and 2 grandchildren who she enjoys spending as much time as possible.

She enjoys reaching out to the community to educate and share her gift of massage by doing chair massages at different events in the Marietta area.  Some of the events she has been in attendance are:

  • Marietta’s Chalktober Fest
  • Teacher Appreciation Days in the Marietta school district
  • Women Days at Churches
  • Several Health Fairs

Linda brings a wealth of knowledge and personality!
